How Does It Work?

We will have a consultation call to your background, current fitness levels, and your running goals.

I will then provide a detailed and clear training plan to help you achieve your goals.

The plan will be updated regularly and I always strongly encourage feedback from my athletes.

Communication will be readily available to you via WhatsApp and I will be on hand to answer any questions or to change up the plan if we need to adjust.

Everyone is different and each plan I produce is carefully structured around your lifestyle with specific paces and intensities so you know exactly how hard you need to be running on each given session.

Enjoyable Sessions

I’m not going to lie to you and say every session will be fun. Sometimes it will suck, sometimes you will hate me and be cursing me as you’re going through your efforts. However, I always ensure my sessions are well-balanced and rest is factored in. There will be a wide variety of sessions which will keep you engaged and I’m sure, you will fall in love with the process.


I don’t want to just write up a plan and leave you to it. I will do my utmost to educate you on the reasons why you are doing each session so you can develop your knowledge of running and get to know your body better.


In my eyes, no goal is ever too ambitious. I’m here to support you. If you’re willing to put in the work then I’m willing to support you every step of the way. Never be afraid to bombard me with questions. No question is too stupid and every bit of knowledge you gain will help prepare you for when you step up to that start line.
